Returns Policy

Illumino Ignis are committed to giving you the best customer experience

Our Returns Policy explains how to process a return for any goods.

1. Items / Products no longer required

 Please ensure the items you want to return are: 
a.  In a good re-saleable condition, still in original packaging and un-damaged. 

b.  Not used in anyway including removal of knockouts, fixings, resistors.

Any product no longer required must be returned to Illumino Ignis in Yaxley within 28 days of the shipping date.

Items held as standard stock on the shelf will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Any items specifically ordered in for a customer order and not carried on the shelf will be subject to the suppliers restocking fee. Any product specifically manufactured for a customer order, that is non-returnable will not be accepted for return. 

 

No returns will be accepted without an Illumino Ignis returns reference number which should be obtained by contacting our returns department on returns@illuminoignis.co.uk prior to returning the product. We will need to obtain some information from you so please include your PO number/invoice number, reason for return and part numbers of products you would like to return.

Any items not required should be returned to Illumino Ignis in Yaxley at the purchaser’s expense and a proof of delivery should be obtained. 

 

Note: Items received without an approved Illumino Ignis RMA number will be returned to the customer without credit.

2. Items returned as faulty

No return will be accepted without a Illumino Ignis returns number which should be obtained by contacting our returns department on returns@illuminoignis.co.uk prior to returning the product. We will need to obtain some information from you so please include your PO number/invoice number, reason for return and part numbers of products you would like to return. 

 

When returning faulty product, please include a brief fault report that we can pass on to the manufacturer. 

 

Before we can issue an RMA number, we will require a new purchase order from you to cover the replacement items and carriage. This will be invoiced upon despatch and credited if a fault is confirmed. 

 

Faulty product will be returned to the manufacturer for testing and confirmation of the fault. A credit will not be raised until a fault is confirmed. If no faults are found, the item will be returned to the purchaser and a credit will not be issued.
